Payment for food products must always be made in advance and you will be prompted to pay during the order process. Your chosen payment method will be charged on the placement of your order.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (with the exception of AMEX) as well as Paypal payments as methods of payment on Our Site.

In the unlikely event that We do not accept or cannot fulfil your Order for any reason, We will explain why in writing and the full balance of payment will be refunded to you within 1-2 working days of notification to the payment method used on the order.

If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to the expected dispatch date, you can do this without penalty. In such instances a full refund will be debited back to the card the order was place on. We will not charge any administration fee or restocking fee

We reserve the right to offer a replacement or a refund on any returns made. If the return is the result of a fault or issue with the goods sent out, provided the order is returned in full (if requested), we will, at our discretion offer either: a) a full or part replacement (if only part was at fault) or, b) a full or partial refund (if only part was at fault) or, b). If the hamper is being returned through no fault on the part of The Cornish Pasty Store, due to the highly perishable nature of the products, we cannot accept any returns or provide any refunds.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales or quantities of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
