By visiting our site and/ or placing a purchase, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein.     • We reserve the right to refuse access to anyone for any reason at any time.

    • The site may only be used in good faith and may not be used for any purpose that violates any laws or for unauthorized purposes which includes, but not limited to copyright infringement. You agree not to duplicate, reproduce, copy or sell, resell or exploit any portion of the sites contents without express written permission by us

    • We are not responsible for inaccuracies or omissions in the information made available on this site. The material is provided for general information only and any reliance on the material is at your own risk.
    • We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time.
    • Images are for illustration purposes only and although we make every effort to make sure images are representative, they may contain ‘lifestyle props’ such as cutlery, crockery, ingredients or kitchen utensils which are not offered as part of the product.
    • We will endeavour to provide clear and full descriptions along with a list of ingredients, allergens and intolerances. We will also indicate where a product is suitable for vegetarian and/or vegan (please note, however, that some products may be prepared in and environment where these ingredients may be present so it cannot guaranteed that they will be 100% free of such ingredients).
  3. PRICING INFORMATION
    • We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all prices shown on Our Site are correct at the time of going online. We reserve the right to change prices and to add, alter, or remove special offers from time to time and as necessary. Changes in price will not affect any order that you have already placed.
    • All prices stated are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
    • Standard delivery charges are included in the price of displayed product prices in the store.
  4. PAYMENTS/REFUND
    • Payment for food products must always be made in advance and you will be prompted to pay during the order process. Your chosen payment method will be charged on the placement of your order.
    • We accept all major credit and debit cards (with the exception of AMEX) as well as Paypal payments as methods of payment on Our Site.
    • In the unlikely event that We do not accept or cannot fulfil your Order for any reason, We will explain why in writing and the full balance of payment will be refunded to you within 1-2 working days of notification to the payment method used on the order.
  5. CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
    • If you change your mind and wish to cancel your order up to 24 hours prior to the expected dispatch date, you can do this without penalty. In such instances a full refund will be debited back to the card the order was place on. We will not charge any administration fee or restocking fee
    • We reserve the right to offer a replacement or a refund on any returns made. If the return is the result of a fault or issue with the goods sent out, provided the order is returned in full (if requested), we will, at our discretion offer either: a) a full or part replacement (if only part was at fault) or, b) a full or partial refund (if only part was at fault) or, b). If the hamper is being returned through no fault on the part of The Cornish Pasty Store, due to the highly perishable nature of the products, we cannot accept any returns or provide any refunds.
  6. PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED
    • We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales or quantities of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.
    • All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
  7. WEBSITE TOOLS
    • You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

    • We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where that failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond Our reasonable control.
