Pasties from Penzance, Lavenders Traditional Steak Pasties are made to a family recipe that has been handed down from generation to generation. Each pasty is still made by hand in the traditional way – hand rolled pastry, hand filled and hand crimped.

Only using the finest ingredients, local potatoes, onion and swede are freshly prepared each day, and only the very best Cornish reared skirt beef goes into the making of the pasties. These are then topped off with a pinch of Lavenders seasoning and wrapped in Lavenders special shortcrust pastry before being hand crimped in the traditional D shape.

Our Lavenders pasties are delivered to you frozen and unbaked in an ice packed, insulated temperature controlled pack.

To prepare:

These instructions are the producers recommendations and should be used as a guide only. Optimum cooking times will vary depending on the oven

For best results, always bake from frozen. Pre-heat oven to 190C (375F). Place on a lined baking tray and bake in the center of the oven for 50 to 55 minutes until pasty is golden brown and filling is piping hot (over 90C) and there you go… a full meal ready to go.

For best results, use the frozen pasties within 6 months of receipt. We bet however you won’t be able to wait that long!
