Simply take a few out of the freezer when you fancy and eat freshly baked out of the bags provided – just like walking out the bakery with one!

using traditional Cornish recipes and only genuine local ingredients: potato, swede (or turnip), onion, diced beef and seasoning. You can tell it is a genuine Steak Cornish Pasty from the crimping on the side, not the top! Prima hand crimp all their pasties by hand giving it a distinctive D shape and making it a Proper Steak Cornish Pasty.

Our Prima pasties are delivered to you frozen and unbaked and are dispatched in an ice-packed, insulated temperature-controlled pack. Frozen pasties should be placed immediately in the freezer on receipt.

To prepare frozen pasties:

These instructions are the producers recommendations and should be used as a guide only. Optimum cooking times will vary depending on the oven.

For best results, always bake from frozen. Pre-heat oven to 190C (375F). Place on a lined baking tray and bake in the centre of the oven for 50 to 60 minutes (40-50 mins for cocktail) until pasty is golden brown and filling is piping hot (over 90C) and there you go… a full meal ready to go. Pop it on a plate or eat on the go using the bakery bags provided.

For best results, use the frozen pasties within 6 months of receipt. We bet however you won’t be able to wait that long!
