We are a family run pasty producer in the heart of Cornwall. The business began life in a small pasty shop in Illogan where Giles Williams, (the owner of the business), produced his first pasty using 'mother's recipe.' Today we produce over 3,500 pasties a day (not bragging), all made by hand and we have not strayed from mother's recipe. Our pasties are sold from our fleet of sandwich delivery trucks calling on businesses and office workers and then our pasty shops located in various parts of Cornwall. We could not do this without an amazing team of people who care about what we are trying to achieve, a first class pasty!
